Responding to customer queries

Your personal details will be processed to respond to queries and assist with the identification of users.

Events management

We collect your information to register you for an event, webinar or seminar which you have expressed interest in, process your payment for the event (where applicable), and provide you with the relevant materials for that event.

Personal Image

We respect the use of your personal image and may, from time to time, request that you complete a ‘model release form’ so that your image may be used for a specific purpose.

In the case of in formal events (such as PhotoWalks) we will indicate that your image may be used for promotional purposes (on our website for example) and accept your verbal agreement as permission to use your image. We will make every effort to exclude individuals who do not wish to have their image used from being in any images or video we subsequently release.

Purchase Information

We keep records about goods and services you buy from us. These help us to provide, maintain, protect and improve products and services, and to develop new ones. We also send important notices, such as communications about purchases or changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

Payment Information

We do not store your bank or credit/debit card details used when purchasing goods and services from us. Where possible we put payments for purchases through third-party payment platforms which do not share your banking details with us.

We sometimes need to process your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, for example where we have an obligation to report suspected fraud.
